The Twins Cots
are sturdy and strong. It is designed and built with
professional advice and top quality materials. |

Specially
NON-TOXIC paint is used due to teething infants sometimes tend
to bite parts of the Cot and swallow them. |

The
latch locking system for the front barrier has automatic
spring controlled lock to prevent accidental opening or
sliding the front door. |
Twins Cot uses high quality wood which is
kiln-dried to avoid shrinking and warping of the wooden parts due to
different temperature conditions. All the wooden parts of the Twins
Cot are precision made and moulded by using the latest wood moulding
machines.
The
elegant and sophisticated designed Twins Cot comes with a choice of
four (4) colours:

Cot is provided with detachable castors (for mothers to move the
cots around easily).

(hereinafter referred as "Twins") is incorporated and commenced its
business in August 1991. To date, its capital structure is as
follows:

The
land area is approximately one (1) acre with built-up factory and
office area of 38,000 square feet. In early 1997, Twins embarked its
expansion plan by acquiring of a new factory lot adjacent to its
existing factory (referred as Factory 1) with a land area of 5.16
acres. Subsequently, additional two factories were built and to-date
Twins has expanded enormously to 7 factories, namely:

Existing factory
for boring, sanding, profile making and spraying for small
items e.g. high chair, changing table, baby cradle
etc. |
| Factory for moulding and cross-cut. |

Building at new lot for fully automatic spraying
line of baby cots. |
Building as warehouse for finishing goods, cartons
etc and manufacturing of mattress (by its related company,
namely Golden Entire Sdn Bhd).

sawn timber store and machinery for cutting and
ripping. |

Proposed warehouse and
spray-painting
line to cater for the Company's
expansion
programme, whereby the new proposed
spray-painting line would embark the Company into a new era of
production by producing 100 units of 40" FCL a month
(approximately 50, 000 units of baby cot per
month).

Factory
building which is rented from its related company, namely
Golden Entire Sdn. Bhd, which is manufactuing baby cot
mattress for Twins export and domestic market as well. The
factory is producing component parts such as dowel and slat
for the daily production requirement.
